My prescription.

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

 OTL calls me his 'Little Old Lady' just 'cos I have to take some pills for my heart that has a 'murmur'.

For this I have to take some pills, morning and night. For this he gets a prescription from the vet and then goes to the wholesaler and gets them at a reduced price.

Today he orders up a prescription from the vet.

It’s a good job he checks everything ‘cos the first prescription has me down a Male Dog and instead of a prescription he was handed a bag full of medicine and charged a silly price!

In the end he got it all sorted!

It’s a good job we were not in a panic for the pills!

In between all of that we were up too early again trying to catch the sunrise but we missed it again!

No sun today!

Now, which is the real sun?

I reckon that we need to stay up all night if we are going to catch the sun!

No F1 racing this weekend so it looks like OTL is going to be banished to the garden this weekend!

Getting stuffed!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

It's been a bit of a 'stop go' day today. First thing it was cold with sunshine then later on wet with rain followed cloud and windy rain!

All in all, not the best of days.

We didn't take the camera out with us and would you believe, The Missus didn't make any cards today!

There was a little bit of excitement when the man from the upholsterers arrived to mend the seat after TM had spent the last ten years bouncing up and down on it!

The man says it needed a new stuffing and that we could either have a new seat or some new stuffing.

OTL decided that we would go with the new stuffing as the chair was under different parts were under guarantee, not the whole seat!

We should have some fun when the invoice comes through the post!

Other than that, it's been a quiet day, a bit boring actually!

Let’s hope tomorrow is a little more e exciting!

It's the early woofer........

 Hello Woofers.

Daisy here again.

So, there I was, stretched out on the bed listening to OTL snoring his ears off when my leg twitched and kicked him in the side of his head.

That was it, I had woken him up a whole hour earlier than normal.

For some reason he decided to get up and have a shower!

Well, getting up early means we are up a whole hour earlier than normal!

We could see that the sun was already up so we were not going to get any red sunrise but we may get a good shot of the sea shore.

See what I mean, not too bad for a shot of Spring colours.

 

Of course, we didn't see any woofers and to be honest, we didn't expect to meet anyone, I don't expect they were up yet!

One of the interesting things about photographs taken early in the morning is that you get the Golden Hour

and the light seems to be more defined!

This shot across the Medway Estuary is a good example.

It's the same for the leaves on the trees. Bursting out from there buds the colours seem sharper.

OTL has spent the rest of the day cleaning out the filter of the pond sprinkler, now instead of dribbling out, the water jets up to almost a metre!

He cleared all the straw and leaves out and even managed to scare some of the Taddly Poles as well!

We haven't seen any small froggies yet but I don't expect to see them until summer time.

You know, this getting up early has messed up my walkies time and I've managed to get four walkies today!
