Sun Shine for a change!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, what a change we have had today. The sun was up early this morning and the temperature has been above ten degrees all day!

Getting warmer every day!
Fred and Wendy had a great time running around  on the beach but had a better time chasing Holly and I along the grass path!

Lunchtime we were back again with May and Eric. Holly and I showed them how to enjoy a roll on the beach!

Yer work it in under the harness!
Holly was showing off he 'Nose Dive and Ear Rub' but both ferrets decided it was just too 'Doggy' for them!

Then yer rub it in!
May and Eric had a great time sniffing all the sniffs along the grass path and running through the 'Ferret Track' that they and Wendy and Freddy have been making over the months!

Having small legs means that the ferrets have to run twice as fast as us woofers so that means they get a bit thirsty by the time we got back to the car.

Holly and I get left behind to sniff around the picnic tables while the ferrets enjoy a cooling drink before getting back into their travelling cage for a cuddle and a snooze before we get home.

It's her making the slurping noise, honest!
Now we have had some news via FaceAche thingy that Michael had a successful operation on his nose and is now back home again being looked after by Sue!

Now, we have to report some disturbing news, poor Archie Babe had to have a wash and hair cut!

That must be terrible for such a fine lad, especially when the wind gets under your tail and you have no bushy hair to stop your butt from freezing!

Mind you, Holly and I have got that indignity booked in for next Wednesday, just how will we survive!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties. Well we had sun in our garden this morning as well, it was lovely but just after my mum went to work at 2 it hammered down and turned cold again. I've guarded against intruders all afternoon. Not one burglar got in. I tell you Daisy, when the cold wind blows my little butt gets very cold. Hopefully when you go next week it will be warmer than it is now. Lucky Holly chops having a good roll this morning, you really can't beat a good roll. Eric and Miss May look very happy round the water bowl, I hope they left something for you and Holly. My mum is home all day tomorrow so we should have a nice day full of snuggles and cuddles. It sounds like good news for Mr Mike and his sniffer, I hope it is all sorted for him. I'm off for a pre supper snooze cos all the guarding has worn me out. Lovely pictures today, have a good evening all and enjoy your muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little (Don't mess with me burglars) Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Hello little chilly woofers and ferrets, I don't think today was warm at all, twelve degrees they said but I think it was 12 Fahrenheit, I feel so sorry for poor little Archie after his haircut, spring is three weeks off. Michael has been to Capstone Park this morning and was home before the rain, still has a bit of a headache but says it is getting better. Be back tomorrow to see what you are up to. xxxxxx
